BANKERS HILL - San Diego, CA (Sept 25, 2023) – The Multi-Tenant office project located at 3356-3368 2nd Ave, San Diego, CA 92103 sold for $2,500,000 on September 18th, 2023, Commercial Asset Advisors announced.
Matt Monterroso of Commercial Asset Advisors represented the Buyer, IWP Capital, LLC. The Seller, Vintage West Properties, LLC was represented by Michael Stahl of Ocean View Capital.
