LA MESA, Calif. (Jan. 4, 2022) — An owner-user office building in La Mesa sold for $2,425,000 on December 7, 2021 in an off-market transaction, Commercial Asset Advisors announced.
The 5,000-square-foot building, situated on a 10,426-square-foot lot, is located at 8340 Allison Ave., La Mesa, CA 91942.
Mike Conger and Roc Beas of CAA served as agent for the buyer, Allison Leasing LLC. The seller, Allison Avenue LLC, was self-represented.
