The project consists of two office buildings that total approximately 7,286 square feet with eleven office suites ranging from 400 to 1,000 square feet each with its own in suite restroom and reserved parking. The property also includes a common area central garden style courtyard and is situated in a desirable location in the Fletcher Hills area. Conveniently located with excellent access to Highway 125 and Highway 67, this property provides an abundance of amenities for the tenants.
