SAN DIEGO, Calif. (Oct. 5, 2022) — An office building in San Diego’s Hillcrest neighborhood sold for $2,790,000 on Sept. 9, 2022, Commercial Asset Advisors announced.
The single-tenant, 3,361-square-foot building is located at 3861 Front St., San Diego, CA 92103.
CAA Principals Mike Conger and Brian Jenkins represented the seller, Pavel Family Trust. The buyer, 3861 Front Street LLC, was represented by Matthew Melendres and Ryan Foley of Colliers.
