LA MESA, Calif. (Jan. 12, 2023) — A vacant, two-story office building in La Mesa sold for $2,850,000 on Dec. 23, 2022 with Small Business Association financing, Commercial Asset Advisors announced.
The approximately 11,880-square-foot building includes ample parking and is located at 7474 El Cajon Blvd., La Mesa, CA 91942.
CAA Senior Vice President Roc Beas and CAA Principal Mike Conger represented both the seller, Salazar Family Trust, and the buyer, Yerken Tenizbayev.
Despite changing market conditions, CAA marketed the property strategically and secured a qualified buyer. Amid rising interest rates, the buyer was able to secure a Small Business Association loan, providing more favorable terms.
“This type of building is hard to come by in La Mesa, and the competition remained high through the short time it was on the market,” Beas said. “We’re happy we were able to achieve favorable results for both the buyer and seller.”
