The seller, David Family Trust, was represented by Brian Jenkins of Commercial Asset Advisors. The buyer, Shambilla Properties, LLC was represented by Gino Kalasho of Commercial Asset Advisors.
This approximately 4,000 square foot, two- story, multi-tenant office building is located in walking distance of downtown El Cajon, and presented one of the best values in the area according to CAA Principal, Brian Jenkins.
