Lemon Grove, Calif. (March 30, 2022) — A portfolio of two industrial/ automotive buildings sold for $1,350,000 on February 28, 2022, Commercial Asset Advisors announced.
The two buildings total 7,295 square feet and are located at 7315-7319 Broadway, Lemon Grove, CA 91945.
Roc Beas and Brian Jenkins of Commercial Asset Advisors represented the seller, IRA Skinner Family Trust. Brian Gruber and Jon Hamby with Range Partners represented the Buyer, Broadway Ventures, LLC.
