Industrial Owner User Market Remains Robust with CAA Closing Four Recent Sales

SAN DIEGO, CA (May 11, 2021) — Commercial Asset Advisors is pleased to announce the successful closing of four industrial condos in less than three months, between February 10 and April 20, 2021. These sales illustrate how the industrial market in San Diego County has remained one of the most robust product types during the COVID-19 pandemic.


Mike Conger and Brian Jenkins of Commercial Asset Advisors served as listing agent. Matthew Monterroso of Commercial Asset Advisors served as buyers’ agent. In addition to facilitating the transactions, CAA has also been retained to market post-close leasing efforts for some of the buyers.

Several of the sales handed by CAA involved a tax-advantaged 1031 exchange, which allow the deferral of capital gains. “We provided our expertise to help the seller navigate multiple closes and tenant relocations to complete the sales within the necessary timeframe to capitalize on a 1031 exchange,” Jenkins said.
