EL CAJON, Calif. (November 19, 2021) — A multi-tenant retail center in El Cajon sold for $6,450,000 on November 5, 2021, to La Maestra Family Clinic, which intends to convert vacant space into a community health center, Commercial Asset Advisors announced.
The 22,694-square-foot retail center is located at 1242-1248 E Main St., El Cajon, CA 92021.
Mike Conger and Brian Jenkins of CAA served as listing agent for the seller, Main Street Trust. The buyer, La Maestra Family Clinic, was represented by Keith Edwards of Keller Williams Realty Metro.
