CHULA VISTA (San Diego), CA (December 30, 2025) – Commercial Asset Advisors (CAA) is proud to announce the off-market sale of a ±26,708 SF freestanding industrial property located at 901 Lane Avenue in Chula Vista, CA 91914. The transaction closed at $7,000,000 on December 30, 2025, and was executed under a compressed timeline to accommodate Buyer & Seller’s 1031 exchange requirement.


The property was sold by N.E.W Investments LLC and purchased by Rudy Caamano. Brian Jenkins and Mike Conger of Commercial Asset Advisors represented the seller, while Chris Nelson, SIOR and Jacob Castro with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services represented the buyer.
