CAA Announces 1031 Exchange into a Flex Industrial Property for $5.4 Million in Rossford, Ohio
Perrysburg, Ohio. (March 21,2023) – 14,704 Square feet industrial/automotive property, located at 9801 S. Compass Drive, Rossford, OH 43460 sold for $5,410,633 Commercial Asset Advisors announced. This newly built single-story building built in 2023 on a two acre lot, with 92 parking spaces sold on March 3, 2023. This acquisition featured a long-term corporate tenant, Caliber Collision with an Absolute Net Lease with zero landlord responsibility.

The Seller, Rossford Crossroads Parkway, LLC was represented by Steele McDonald and Paul Gaither of CBRE.
