SAN DIEGO, Calif. (July 11, 2022) — A retail strip center in San Diego’s College Area sold for $4,218,000 on June 29, 2022, Commercial Asset Advisors announced.
The property consists of a fully occupied, 19,120-square-foot center in the heart of the College Area near the city border with La Mesa. The property address is 7149-7151 El Cajon Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92115. CAA Principals Mike Conger and Brian Jenkins represented the buyer, SCOS, L.P.
