Carlsbad Village Retail Center Sells for $7.359 million, CAA Announces

CARLSBAD, Calif. (November 2, 2021) — A multi-tenant retail center in the heart of Carlsbad Village sold for $7,359,000 on October 25, 2021, Commercial Asset Advisors announced.

The 13,000-square-foot center is located at 2805-2855 Roosevelt St. and 570-596 Grand Ave., Carlsbad, CA, 92008.

Mike Conger and Brian Jenkins of CAA served as listing agent for the seller, Benchmark Pacific, Ltd. II. The buyer, The Caine Group, Inc., was represented by Joe Brady of Urban Property Group.

“Carlsbad Village is one of the most dynamic and gentrifying neighborhoods in North County – and this property is right in the heart of it,” said CAA Principal Mike Conger.

“The sale achieved the seller’s goals while allowing the buyers an opportunity to acquire a unique asset that was under private family ownership for almost 20 years.”
