CAA Completes $5.82M Transaction for Coastal Hospitality Property in Ocean Beach

SAN DIEGO (OCEAN BEACH), CA (September 30, 2025) – Commercial Asset Advisors (CAA) is pleased to announce the successful sale of two freestanding motel structures located at 5074–5080, 5082 W. Point Loma Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92107. The coastal hospitality property, situated on two non-contiguous parcels, sold for $5,820,000 on September 12, 2025.

CAA represented the seller, A-One Investments, while the buyer, a private investor, acquired the property with plans to reposition the asset for long-term growth. Title services were provided by Robert Shaw and Cameron Aldrich of Chicago Title.
