Trent graduated from the University of San Diego with a double major in Business Administration and Real Estate in 2023, earning honors for both of his majors. During his time at the university, Trent was an active member of the USD Real Estate Society and Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. Additionally, he gained valuable experience in the commercial real estate industry through his work with EXP Commercial.

Before joining CAA, Trent collaborated with a startup distribution company, where he conducted financial feasibility analyses for the new venture. Drawing upon the insights gleaned from these diverse experiences, Trent now excels as a member of Maxwell Brown's premier multifamily investment sales team.

As a native of San Diego, Trent takes pride in his local expertise and global perspective, attributes that enable him to effectively serve his clients and maximize value within their multifamily portfolios.

Outside of work, Trent enjoys traveling, playing sports, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
