Raven Savard graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego in May 2023 with a dual degree in Real Estate and Business Administration and a minor in accounting, building a strong foundation in financial analysis, market strategy, and asset performance.

 

Prior to transitioning into brokerage, Raven worked in commercial property management at Pacific Coast Commercial, where she was responsible for overseeing the full day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties. Her work included tenant relations, vendor and maintenance coordination, budgeting and reporting, and ownership communication. This hands-on experience gives her a deep understanding of both owner priorities and tenant needs, allowing her to deliver solutions aligned with long-term investment goals.

Raven is known for her integrity, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to client success. She is passionate about helping property owners, investors, and businesses make informed real estate decisions that support long-term value and growth.

Outside of work, Raven enjoys spending time with friends and family, farm to table cooking and eating, sourdough bread making, and outdoor activities.
