CAA Facilitates $1.8M Sale of Freestanding Retail Building in San Diego's North Park

NORTH PARK (San Diego) CA (August 19, 2026) – Commercial Asset Advisors (CAA) is proud to announce the successful sale of a freestanding retail property located at 3124–3138 University Avenue, San Diego, CA 92104. The 4,946-square-foot retail asset sold for $1,806,580 on June 23, 2025.


The Seller was Lafka Korinthias Partners LLC, and the Buyer was SD UNI LLC.
