Since co-founding Commercial Asset Advisors, Mike has overseen successful sale and lease transactions totaling over $2+ billion in consideration, solidifying his firm’s position as a market leader in private client focused commercial brokerage. His expertise spans investment sales, tenant representation, and complex deal structuring, always with a focus on maximizing value and positioning clients for long-term success.

 

Mike’s approach is rooted in a deep analytical foundation, backed by rigorous market research and a passion for innovative problem-solving. A graduate of the University of San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and a minor in Communications, Mike grew up in a real estate family, giving him an early appreciation for the industry’s dynamics and opportunities.
