Max Johnson is a dedicated and driven commercial real estate professional at Commercial Asset Advisors (CAA), specializing in office and retail leasing throughout San Diego County. Since joining CAA in 2023, Max has swiftly transitioned from a Broker Assistant to a full-time Sales Associate, demonstrating his commitment to client success and his ability to adapt and thrive in the dynamic commercial real estate landscape.

A 2022 graduate of the University of San Diego, Max earned honors with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. During his academic tenure, he was an active member of Delta Sigma Pi, served as President of Phi Kappa Theta, and gained practical experience working part-time in the commercial real estate sector with Park Metro Realty. These experiences have equipped him with a strong foundation in financial analysis, market research, and client relations.

At CAA, Max applies his academic knowledge and hands-on experience to assist clients in navigating the complexities of commercial real estate transactions. His approach is characterized by meticulous attention to detail, a client-first mindset, and a relentless pursuit of optimal outcomes.
