Chris Bonar is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, medical office, office, and retail properties throughout San Diego County. As a San Diego native, Chris combines in-depth local market knowledge with a client-first approach, helping business owners, investors, landlords, and tenants make informed real estate decisions that align with their long-term objectives.

Since joining Commercial Asset Advisors (CAA) in 2020, Chris has successfully represented clients in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and investment transactions across a broad range of commercial property types. His experience on both the landlord and tenant sides of transactions provides a well-rounded perspective that allows him to identify opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, and guide clients through every stage of the transaction process.

Known for his responsive communication, analytical approach, and attention to detail, Chris works closely with each client to develop customized strategies that maximize value while minimizing risk. Whether assisting an owner with the disposition of an investment property or helping a business secure the right location for future growth, he is committed to delivering practical advice, disciplined execution, and exceptional service.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University. He is actively engaged in the San Diego commercial real estate community and is dedicated to building lasting relationships founded on integrity, professionalism, and results.

Outside of the office, Chris enjoys golf, beach volleyball, and spending time with family and friends.
