Chris Bonar is a commercial real estate professional with a focus on industrial, medical office, and retail properties throughout San Diego County. Since joining Commercial Asset Advisors (CAA) in 2020, Chris has worked on a wide range of transactions, representing both landlords and tenants, handling investment sales, and negotiating leases. His well-rounded experience makes him a trusted partner for those seeking both strategic guidance and hands-on execution.

Before brokerage, Chris’s prior experience gave him a strong foundation in market analysis, property valuation, and deal management. This background helps him approach transactions with a practical mindset and the ability to navigate complex situations with confidence.
